Wash And Dry Your Hands Thoroughly Before Handling Your Contact Lenses.Remove One Lens And Rinse It With Biotrue Hydration Plus Multi-Purpose Solution.Clean The Lens By Gently Rubbing It With Your Fingers.Rinse The Lens Again With The Solution To Remove Any Remaining Debris.Place The Lens In A Clean Lens Case Filled With Fresh Biotrue Hydration Plus Multi-Purpose Solution.Repeat The Process For The Other Lens.Soak The Lenses In The Solution For At Least 6 Hours Before Wearing Them.Discard The Solution In The Lens Case After Each Use And Use A New Solution For The Next Wear.
